What you’ll be doing

• Assist senior fitter with maintenance, repair, and assembly work.
• Learn and apply basic workshop procedures, tools, and equipment handling.
• Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing materials.
• Observe safety protocols and ensure the workspace is kept tidy and hazard-free.
• Record work performed and maintain logs of materials and tools used.
• Support in diagnosing faults and suggesting possible solutions under supervision.
• Follow company quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
