Purchasing Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Executive to join our talented team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company’s manufacturing and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for suppliers to purchase product.
- Received and record requisitions form.
- Checking item detail with mill.
- Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.
- Able to do stock take.
- Follow up, checking and verify invoices before submit to Account Department.
- Input stock data information in the system and checking stock quality.
- Efficient and effective stock control and monitoring.
- Record and filling.
- Manage other or special or ad-hoc projects assigned by the HOD or the Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or any field.
- At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Experience in Palm Oil Mill will be additional advantage.
