JUNIOR MARKETING OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job description:

What you’ll be do

• Assist to calculate lock balance sales, handle with under/overlock amount and do the sales trade.
• Assist to monitor FFB deliver schedule, report, purchase, problem and communicate with FFB supplier.
• Assist to complete the daily & monthly trade, monitor schedule and communicate with all buyer.
• Monitor contract dispatch schedule, executive arrangement and solve the problem.
• Checking daily out spec complaint for CPO & PK, negotiate with buyer the out-spec deduction and communicate with refinery.
• Monitor CPO & PK contract quantity usage.
• Monitor delivery of purchase contract CPO & PK, payment & usage purchase contract and update purchase contract usage movement.
• Daily report & monthly report (sell & quality)
• Communicate with refinery about sell, complaint and daily delivery schedule
• Create Contract, include arrangement, filling & monitor contract
• Communicate with transporter (order tanker & arrangement)
• Daily despatch schedule arrangement
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training provided!
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Experience in Palm Oil Mill will be additional advantage.

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
