HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (PAYROLL)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive (Payroll) to join our dynamic team at PH WORLD. As an HR Executive specializing in payroll, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth in a rewarding and fast-paced work environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, employee databases, and HRIS updates
  • Prepare HR documentation such as confirmation, internal transfer, contract renewal & increment letter
  • Submission in CP22A for resigned employee
  • Manage AL encashment and shift card update
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, benefits, and deductions
  • Support HR functions including HR engagement activities
  • Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by superiors
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditor on payroll related matters
  • Yearly email and compile appraisal form during increment & bonus
  • Release EA Form on yearly basis
  • Update shift code on yearly basis
  • Engage in employer branding for LinkedIn profile

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in payroll management (experience in transport/logistics is an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in HR/payroll systems (iFlexi)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively across all levels
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
